Start in 5 steps
- Create your account — email and a password (8 characters or more), or choose Log in.
- Add your first vehicle — My Garage → Add vehicle: year, make, model, type, and its current mileage (engine hours for boats).
- Add a maintenance task — open the vehicle and add the job with its interval and next due point.
- Log a service — when work is done, log it on the vehicle's page; recurring tasks re-arm to their next due automatically.
- Check Reminders — everything due or overdue, plus expiring documents, in one place.
Status decoder

Everyday jobs
- Add a vehicle: My Garage → Add vehicle. Nine types — Car, Truck, Van, Motorcycle, RV, Boat, Trailer, ATV/UTV, Golf Cart. Boats track engine hours instead of miles.
- Add by VIN: paste the VIN, tap Decode — year, make and model fill in.
- Know your vehicle: vehicle page → Vehicle intelligence — official safety ratings, fuel economy and owner complaints, an estimated market value from current listings, and (Elite & Fleet) sourced web research.
- Log a fill-up: vehicle page → Fuel → Log fill-up. MPG and cost per mile work themselves out from your entries.
- Check tire pressure: vehicle page → Tire pressure → Log check. Set the placard targets (the sticker inside the driver's door jamb) once; a reading within 2 PSI of target is on target.
- Run an inspection: vehicle page → New inspection (Premium, Elite & Fleet). Every failed item becomes a task automatically — brakes, tires, lights, and steering land at High priority.
- Open the History Report: vehicle page → History Report (Elite & Fleet) — print it or save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
- Ask the Parts Advisor: Parts Advisor in the top bar (Elite & Fleet). It reads your actual garage — ask about parts, intervals, or what a job should cost.
- Upload a photo or document: vehicle page → Photos & documents. Your photo becomes the vehicle's picture; give registrations and insurance an expiry date and Reminders will flag them before they lapse.
- Label it: vehicle page → Print label, or garage → Print labels for a whole sheet. Scan a label with any phone camera — or Scan in the top bar — to jump straight to that vehicle. Labels are included on every plan.

Good to know
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen — the reset link lasts one hour.
- Change your password any time: Display & help → Account & password. You'll need your current password, and the change signs out your other devices.
- Your records stay yours. Changing or canceling a plan never deletes your vehicles or history.
- Honest mileage in, honest answers out — due dates, fuel economy, and cost per mile are all computed from your readings.
- Locked means locked, not hidden. Features outside your plan show as locked, so you can always see what an upgrade unlocks.
